One day, Brontelway felt like she needed something more. She had to move forward and do something, otherwise, she would have remained imprisoned in that abstract world without prospects for the future.

Ambitious and eager to do, she dreamed of bringing pleasure to those who, like her, were authentic and audacious, by building a microcosm of edible emotions that celebrates uniqueness.

So, she left the idea’s world and bravely decided to explore the real one. She had heard that ideas could come to life in the minds of the right people, or better yet, they could become amazing visions and live forever; from that day on, this became her goal.

Where?

Where should she start from? Brontelway was an idea filled with pistachio, as well as chocolate, so she knew exactly where to go. Where else but to the small town of Bronte, in Sicily?

It was right there, in that harsh volcanic soil, where the queen of all pistachios grew: dressed in majestic royal purple by nature, Bronte pistachios are the most rare and aromatic variety of pistachio.

But something was missing: chocolate. She had heard a lot about extraordinary chocolate producers and needed to find the very best from around the world to make herself even more special.

But that wasn't all. Even though the best pistachios and chocolate were great alone, she needed milk, cream, and butter to blend them together and make them truly unique. Where could she find them?

Once again, the answer was easy: the Emerald Isle with its centuries-old tradition of wonderful fresh dairy products.

If Brontelway were to become real, Ireland would be her home.

How?

Everything seemed simple up until now, didn't it? The plan was in place, but the toughest question remained: How to obtain the Bronte pistachios, acquire the world's finest chocolates, and journey to Ireland?

It was time to find the right humans. Visionaries enough, with the right experience and knowledge, and why not, crazy enough to craft the perfect ensemble for Brontelway?

Ideas without skilled hands and creative minds remain just that: ideas. After years of drifting through the air, Brontelway stumbled upon a young Sicilian couple who hailed directly from Bronte, having moved from there a few years ago to Galway, Ireland. What a strange coincidence!

Both of them grew up among the pistachio trees, with an ingrained tradition and culture in its harvesting. To make you understand, yes, pistachio for Bronte is tradition and culture. It lives and breathes in the air, being a source of great pride for the locals.

Her and him, and their families, have cultivated and continue to cultivate the most prestigious pistachio in the world. And it is precisely this pistachio that Brontelway wanted as her beating heart. But this wasn't the only reason…

With a degree in psychology earned in the vibrant streets of Sicily and a master's in HR pursued intensively at the University of Galway, her academic journey reflects her unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth.

Her ability to empathize and connect with others enables Brontelway to address the unspoken needs, particularly of those who, like Brontelway herself, may hesitate to express their desires openly.

With a youthful, proud, and entrepreneurial spirit, this young woman embraces challenges with unwavering determination and creativity. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her meticulous attention to every detail, no matter how small.

Through her triple-checking process, she ensures that every aspect of Brontelway meets the highest standards of quality, leaving no room for compromise.

HIM

He embarked on his culinary journey at the young age of 18, starting his career in pastry while traversing the culinary landscapes of Malta, France, and the diverse regions of Italy.

At the age of 23, he had already made significant strides in the culinary world, collaborating with top pastry and chocolate champions. His passion for excellence and relentless pursuit of mastery led him to Italy's most esteemed culinary school where he underwent rigorous training and emerged as one of the youngest head chocolatiers in the prestigious city of Montreux, Switzerland.

Since then, he has worked as head pastry chef in luxury five-star hotels around Europe and both five-star sites in Galway, in addition to renowned fine dining restaurants and bakeries, collaborating closely with some of the best chefs in the culinary landscape of Connacht.

However, what truly sets him apart is his profound understanding of ingredients, coupled with a deep respect for their origins and quality. His culinary creations are artistic expressions that surprise and delight the senses, weaving together unexpected flavours and textures with finesse and creativity. In every aspect of his work, he exemplifies a commitment to excellence and highest standards of quality.
