about us

We are Silvia and Adi, and our story begins in Bronte, Sicily, a small volcanic town on the slopes of Mount Etna, renowned worldwide as the home of the rarest and most aromatic variety of pistachios.

We come from a family that has harvested Bronte pistachios for generations. We grew up working the land, cracking the shells, and learning to recognise the difference that true quality makes. That’s why we still return to Sicily every season to harvest pistachios by hand on our family land.

So how did we end up in Galway?

After a six-month adventure in Ireland, we fell in love with the city and decided to make it our new home. From this fusion of roots and future, Brontelway was born.

And what do we do?


We craft high-quality pistachio and chocolate products using only real Bronte pistachios, Ireland’s finest ingredients, and a touch of Italian creativity.

To bring the true taste of Bronte to all of Europe , one pistachio at a time.
