Just a young, creative, and funny couple from Sicily, with pistachios in our blood, who set off on a six-month journey to Ireland.

But after falling in love with Galway, we decided to make Ireland our permanent home.


That’s how Brontelway was born: from Bronte to Galway, blending the finest ingredients, creativity, authenticity, and over a decade of craft.
